We want you to love your Rifle Paper Co. products, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items, final sale products, and wallpaper are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip before securely sealing the shipping box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
